Fitness Classes

As part of a UCFitx membership, you’ll receive unlimited access to all group fitness classes at the UC gym. Whatever your fitness level, you can take part in a variety of classes designed to cover a range of different fitness interests – from cardio and strength, to HIIT and yoga. Classes are held daily on weekdays. 

Please note that due to COVID, group fitness classes are on hiatus until January 2022. 

If you’d like to join one of our many fitness classes, you can book to attend using our online members’ portal.

Simply log in with your UCFitx email address as your username. The first time you access the portal, you’ll need to set a password by clicking the ‘Forgot Username/Password?’ link. We’ll then send further instructions and a temporary password to your specified email address.
