Explore common thinking patterns and learn how to spot them in everyday life, match pre‑written thoughts to their corresponding thinking pattern, then flip the card to reveal a more balanced, helpful thought.

Build on your self‑awareness, learn to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and walk away feeling lighter and more in control!
