Group fitness classes

A UCFitX membership gives you access to group fitness classes. Whatever your fitness level or experience, you can take part in a variety of sessions designed to cover a range of different fitness interests.

Classes are controlled with a limited number of participants, allowing our instructors the opportunity to provide more personalised delivery of the class.

Our classes are great for those new to fitness training, with a focus on structure, technique and motivation as well as an opportunity for social interaction.

Book a group fitness class

You can book yourself to join a group fitness class through the Technogym app or contact the UCFitX reception.

Not a member, but want to casually attend a group fitness class? Email or call us on 02 6201 2542 to book.
