UCFitX offer a range of fitness services that caters to your specific needs.
Excercise Science Student Program
We provide 3rd year UC Exercise Science Students with the opportunity to gain valuable placement hours through one-on-one appointments with members and non-members.
Under fully qualified supervision, our students will use their knowledge to develop a personalised, tailored exercise program to address your personal goals – whether it is rehabilitating an injury, increasing strength, building muscle, or losing weight.
They will guide you through your program, provide education and advice around your fitness journey, and ensure that you are progressing towards your goals.
Program Guidance Sessions
Program Guidance Sessions allow you to train with like-minded people under the supervision and guidance of our Personal Trainers. These sessions are perfect for those with their own gym program, seeking exercise guidance and education in a small group environment.
Our PTs will enhance your experience of following a set program by providing feedback on your form, explaining any exercises you need help with and teaching you how to use gym equipment safely and effectively. They can provide advice on your personal fitness journey and help maximise your results by holding you accountable, at a fraction of the price of a one-on-one Personal Trainer.
Group Training Sessions
UCFitX provides group training sessions for internal and externals groups. We can set up and run corporate sessions, sessions for sporting teams, or sessions for you and your mates.
